Important: Applications must be for a distinct, specific and clearly identifiable initiative with a measurable outcome that aligns with your organisation’s objectives. General administrative costs or overhead expenses cannot be funded.

Please note: Any financial support given will only be paid to the charity or NPO making this application, for use for the whole or part of the project, item or scheme as advised by the Walk Charity Liaison Rotarian, Jannine Birtwistle.

In your response, please include:

Project description: how the funds will be used
Breakdown of costs: list each item, or class of items, with associated costs
Priority order: if you request multiple items, indicate your preferred priority order (in case only part of the request can be supported)
Timeframes: when the project will take place, noting that funds will be distributed in early autumn 2027
