If the request involves multiple items, we may be able to fund parts of the project if the full amounts cannot be supported, so please include
- a breakdown of each item with associated costs, and
- an indication of your preferred priority order for these items
Include relevant time-frames, keeping in mind this application is for the 2025 walk, and funds will be distributed in early Autumn 2025

We confirm the bank account for our Charity/NPO is held and controlled in the Bailiwick of Guernsey.

We agree that we will make every effort to promote participation in the walk , including encouraging our ownmembers and supporters to get involved.

We agree that if selected, the Saffery Rotary Walk Team can include information about our charity or NPO on itswebsite, social media, and other walk publicity.

We agree that if selected, we will make people available where possible for pre and post event publicity (e.g.radio interviews, photographs, etc.).

We agree, if requested and within the limitations of our own resources, to provide support on the day of the walk.
