As a socially responsible business with a long-established history on the island, we are incredibly passionate about supporting local causes. We welcomed the opportunity to partner with the Rotary Clubs of Guernsey by becoming the main sponsor of the walk in 2014, after years of supporting the event as a checkpoint sponsor.

By covering organisational costs of the event, we can ensure every penny raised is fed back into charities benefitting the local community. In addition to our financial contribution, we also identified areas we could add value in supporting Rotary in the organisation and public relations surrounding the event.

Our Saffery team members enthusiastically volunteer their time to provide essential support at checkpoints on the day, as well as participate in the walk itself. We consider the Saffery Rotary Walk a prominent highlight in our event calendar and look forward to continuing to support local charities through our involvement for years to come.
